The screw and nail holes were filled with 2 part chemical filler then fine filled with Toupre fine fill and then sanded to a smooth finish.

1 primer coat, 2 undercoats and 2 topcoats. Farrow and Ball colours mixed with Johnstones' paint 

New boxing in to hide pipes then tile on top
